What is OROFER XT?

OROFER XT contains Iron, Folic Acid

What OROFER XT is used for?

OROFER XT is used in the management of:

iron deficiency anemia
menorrhagia and folate deficiency anemia
foetal neural tube defects
anemia due to pregnancy and lactation
generalized weakness
iron deficiency either due to chronic blood loss or poor absorption

Talk to your Doctor, if you:

are allergic to any of the ingredients in OROFER XT
have peptic ulcer
have regional enteritis
have ulcerative colitis
have bacterial infections
have hemosiderosis, hemochromatosis and hemolyticanemia
have liver or kidney disease

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking OROFER XT

Tell your doctor before taking OROFER XT, if you are taking any other medicine including medicines obtained without prescription or any other supplements or herbal products.
